| i have transfromed my TG interior to black. carpeted the dash (actually looks sweet) new plush pile carpet, new custom doortrims, kick panels, b&c pillars, parcel shelf. i was wondering if there were ever any black velour seats for a gemini? i know there is brown, light blue, dark blue and green but were there black ones? my brown seats are letting everything down. if holden didnt make any does anyone have some retrimmed seats for a gemini that they would want to sell |

How much did it all cost you?? did you buy it all new, or 2nd hand?...were the door trims standard items, or refurbished, or 2nd hand, or custom??? Just cos i'm thinking of changing the interior in my commodore before I sell it, and want some sort of idea how much i'm up against... ??

Hey my dash is carpeted aswell. Its not to bad. Very different

| floor carpet f&r $130 the door trims are from scratch IE ne wood panels, clips, and new carpet prob another $130 for all the stuff for the doortrims and maybe anothe $40 for carpet for the dash and kick panels etc. it was all done by myself so if you do that it doesnt cost that much. i got the carpet from clark rubber for about $28 for a piece 2000x1000mm |

| If you want it to look its best, why not bite the bullet and get one or two racing seats for the front. Cobras and Sparcos can be had for around $400 each. You could always get some black seat covers, this is probably the cheapest option, I have never seen balck velour seats before, only vinyl ones. For a different apporach, one racing seat and harness for the driver, with the rest of the seats wearing seat covers. |
