the locks are easy i'm not sure but you might have to file the hole in the door out a bit to make em fit then all you have to do is click the plastic clamp on the lock barrel on to the remote rods for the locking mechanism

Are they steelies or alloys?

If they are alloys I would say don't even bother trying. Your only option is to use spacers, otherwise your offset is screwed. You are no doubt aware of the safety issues relating to the use of spacers.

If they are steelies, fond an engineering joint and get the centres shifted. I did that on my steelies for about $30 a wheel.
On 14x5.5 Camira steelies I ran 185/65 Bridgestone RE88s (Now superseded by RE92), then I ran Yokohama S306. The speedo was very slightly out, but only by a bees dick.

Nice width overall, not too wide to cause rubbing or aquaplaning in the wet, good grip in the dry and a decent life out of the tyre. I got 35,000Km out of the Bridgestones.

Cheers

i had 2 file my boot lock when installing my solex locks,
dont worry bout ur 14's, u could probably get away with 16's running low pro's without noticing any speedo changes

That's an interesting one Sam...
I'm not sure if mine needed filing, however, mine didn't have a straight bolt-thru (TD Sedan) so it fucked me up trying to install it.. it had a side lever... is this the coupe style lock?
