drivers side? yeh i have the same problem.. the problem for me, was the seal that holds the window together had a .5cm hole in it on the inside, and water was leaking from the front of the windscreen down behind the dash, into the carpet.. simple fix, get a bit of silicon, dab it on ur finger, and find the hole |

A few options for gemini leaks, the factory drain plugs in the floor, if they are removed and you hit a deep enough puddle you will get wet, if your door rubbers are worn (if you haven't replaced them they will be) then water will leak through there, also water can leak down around the blower recycle pipe, water can leak in around the windscreen rubber if it is perished or cracked, water can leak in through the window rubbers as they ALWAYS shrink... I think that is about it... |

Another common problem is that the floors can rust were the floor pan is spot welded around the base of the front wheel arch. I've also had the problem of the rubber gaskets used to seal were the wiper arms come into cabin. |

Other common leaks are the clutch foot rest rust out and water runs down the chassis rail under the brake booster and straight into the cabin, and where the guard and the cowl panel meet, there is a little V where the join is. When the windscreen seal shrinks they leak in there big time. Remove the windscreen, weld up the V and fit a new seal. Will prolly cost you $100 max. |
