Hi, I am going to look at a TD station wagon tomorrow, and i was wondering if there is anything i should watch out ofr, Part from rust in the quarter panels etc and the floor pan
Heres the info on it
1980 Gem station wagon:Lime green
5 Speed manual
Current owner has owned it for past 4 and a half years
Previous owner was current owners boss for 10+ years
Very reliable, driven every day to and from work
Interior ok
Drivers seat could do with re trimming
Small dent in fron passenger quarter panel
No rego, ran out on 4/1/01
New exhaust
new clutch 3 months ago
new clutch cable 6 months ago
front disc’s machined with new pads 2 months ago
rear drums new
COMES WITH
Spare 1600-needs rings
Head in good cond.
5 Sp box
Numerous manifolds and carbi’s(one with adjustable jets?)
Spare shifter which comes up in normal position, near hand brake
Set of mags with screwed tyres
Now with the Carbi's, He has one which has adjustable jets????? i dont totally know what he means, Well i do..but is that possible?
Well yeah, Any info would be greatly appreciated, once again, im going to look at it tomorrow so yeah, if you could tell me before then it'd be great |
