a while ago i brought a ecgi isuzu twin cam fuel injection manifold n plenum, iv had it sandblasted n cleaned up . i hav made custom plates to suit a camira throttle body n although i know injection is the way to go i no longer want it they r hard to get $400 al inclusive injectors , fuel rail manifolds n throttle body. its been advertised in the trading post but i havnt had any calls im suprised i recently attended a gemini cruise where the south eastern gemini club met up at macdonalds on blackburn rd n near the freeway . one of the guys there had the same setup in his sedan with multi coil packs of a vr4 lancer it was a 2 ltr pulling 14s no turbs anyway if anywones interested getbac2me hav a question , has anywone tried a 40mm downdraft weber off a 6 cylinder capri on a gemi using an adapter plate

yeah, there good. May need to do a little modification to the adaptor plate/intake manifold though if your thinking of using the stock one as the butterflys on the weber are pretty big.

Does the DOHC efi bolt straight up to the g160 etc head?
How similar, if at all, is it to the piazza/rodeo injection?
If it different where does the throttle body point?

Is that the DGAV Weber with 'Bologna' stamped somewhere on it. I had one of those on my TE, and always assumed it was off a V-configured engine...Capri eh? It has butterflies that open simultaneously unlike the 32/36? The WOT throttle was excellent with it, but tends to have a shocking flat spot just off of idle, and drank buckets of fuel. Two things about them though: A standard airfilter wont quite fit and will need to be modified, and they are a bitch to rejet properly so it'll cost you Dyno dollars.
