| these are generally stock steel wheels that have had the centres drilled out of the band to reposition the offset then re-welded into place, it is used commonly by the speedway guys, beware though..... questions of legality on the road |

| also can be serious problems with balancing them successfully, tyre wear etc etc. speedway guys arent interested in shis stuff all theyre worried about is if it'll do the nights work and stay on the car...... |
