Hey all,
Was just wondering if anyone in adelaide here has seen the red stationwagon/panelvan for sale on South Rd at the Vee Dub Centre, It has no rear seats but it has windows on the sides. Anyway, Is it a common occurence for Gemini window seals to leak because this one has rust on the inside around the rubbers? i have to go back and have a look with my magnet tho coz it might have been bogged in the front quarter panels.
However, no matter how good or bad it is, It is an auto, how much would it cost me to get a place say Gem spares in salisbury to convert it to a 5 speed? They only want like $1395 for the gem, Has only done 155,000Kms and yeah, interior looked pretty good, I asked the bloke to fire it up but the bitch had a flat battery so yeah gotta go back when he calls me.
What rims can i get to suit a gemini, I mean the standards look pretty crap, and i dont really wanna go and buy a set of mags yet, so what would a cheaper option be, I know stockies from Camira's fit and all, but what else?
I am planning to eventually drop a G180 in my gem when i get it, but i was wondering if it is worth even slightly modifying a stock 1600? i mean, i want to keep the G161 head for the G180, so would it be worth getting anything done on it??? Any info would be appreciated
