I have a three inch exhaust and 205 tyres on a thirteen inch rim (I think their 6 inch wide)Has anyone lowered a car with the any of the above. How low can you go with a three inch exhaust over the axel, obviously it would vary, on the size of muffler, and if I lowered the big pig three inches would it be legal queensland road height and would I have to get the guards rolled for the wider tyres or would it all just be apples and bananas.

i dunno about up in queensland, but here in NSW legally you can go about 1.25 inches!! thats about it. go to nrma.com and ask them if your serious about it. 205's should fit easy. i have 195's and im WAY short of scrubbing @2.5 inches lower so you should be fine too.

I think from memory there is mention of only altering the bump stop clearance by 1/3. If this is still the case, you would reach this limit before you could get a gemini to only be 75mm off the ground.
