i was wondering if any gemini experts out there would know how much trouble it is to drop a 4XE1 (dohc 1600 f/i) into a gem?? difficulties with wiring harness etc.

| the 4xe1 is only single over head cam, efi and some are turbo charged, check ou the red panel van in the gallery with phat number plates |

| This is the motor out of a front wheel drive gemini... not practical my friend. Perhaps you are thinking of the 4Z-1 series of motors? |

| nah, there was a dohc model as well. If you have an RB gemini then it should be ok but if you want to put it into a real gemini then remember hearing something about them being a bitch, like the starter is on the wrong side or engine mounts or something, cant exactly remember. The 16v turbo ones have a bit of power but still, (134 i think) you'd probably be able to crack more power out of a 4zc1t |
