hey i wanna take my 1600 head off my g200 block but i cant figure out how to get the tension off, i have tried everything. please help. asap

There is a small lever that you must turn, its a bit different to the 1600 tensioners. Once turned, the tensioner will release, and you can remove the cam gear from the cam, and the head will come off.

so do you mean that when i move the piece it will come loose but i have to hold the piece (turned) while i loosen the chain? because i did this and it didnt work but i havent tried to move the chain, i thought it sat in place like the 1600 one, thanx anyway, more help would be appreciated
